Safety Protocols

We are committed to offering a safe environment for everyone. This includes:

  • All in-person attendees must be fully vaccinated or be able to show a negative test status within 48 hours of the event start date. Random spot checks will take place so please do not be surprised if you are asked to show this information
  • Reduced event and room capacities will be in place, with added space between seats
  • Ceiling level thermal imaging cameras will check all attendees temperatures on venue entry. If the camera flags you as having a high temperature, you will be asked to stand aside and wait for a short period before attempting entry once again.
  • Deep clean sanitising procedures are in place, whilst new clean air systems have been installed in the venue and increased ventilation procedures will be in operation
  • Additional food and beverage points will be available, whilst we have moved to box-style lunches to limit food exposure and decrease overall touch points
  • We have opened more corridor spaces, and aim through traffic management procedures to limit crowd-ups in normally congested spots. Please do not be surprised if a member of the team asks you to take a slightly longer route to your next destination to limit the number of people in any given space at once
  • Hand sanitising points will be available throughout the venue
  • Touch free interactions such as online Q&As and information exchanges will be employed
  • We would like to encourage the wearing of masks whilst onsite with us. Please carry a mask with you whilst in attendance, be respectful of other people’s personal space and maintain a suitable distance between yourself and others whenever possible.
